Problems
Levin Litigation’s founder, Yitzhak “Yitz” Levin, felt that the firm’s current branding did not adequately express its key differentiators, namely its use of modern legal strategies and technology. He also believed that the brand could benefit from adopting a casual tone, which would not only further separate it from the competition but create a stronger connection with clients and prospects. Finally, Levin hoped to expand beyond the firm’s focus on property insurance and into other areas, such as personal injury and labor law. All this meant that Levin Litigation’s new messaging would need to be broader while still remaining compelling and casual and sensitive.
In terms of design, Yitz wanted a website which conveyed a modern, tech-forward, and dynamic presence, i.e. something fast, engaging, and visually captivating.

What we improved
In terms of content, we created brand mission, promise, and slogans which were punchy, fun, and memorable, e.g. “Yitz Never Quits”, “Lawyers Who Tell It Like It Is and Won’t Waste Your Time”, and “Don’t Sit. Call Yitz”. We also made sure the branding voice was conversational and relatable.
The new logo, developed first, set the tone for the entire visual direction, inspiring a bold, clean, and confident aesthetic. The site needed to drive conversions with well-placed CTAs, while also feeling personal and human—not like a legal conveyor belt. We focused on creating an experience that builds trust, with purposeful content, cool-toned visuals in a refined blue palette, and a layout that feels full and intentional without being cluttered.
Levin Litigation’s homepage immediately establishes a strong brand voice through concise, memorable slogans (including a quote by Yitz Levin). All CTAs are catchy and placed prominently. The hero section is minimalist to allow viewers to pay attention to the slogan and the results. The inclusion of a dedicated testimonials page further reinforces credibility, with rolling quotes from satisfied clients.
From a UI/UX perspective, the site feels clean and intuitive. A sticky header keeps primary navigation accessible at all times, and dropdown menus for “About Us,” “Practice Areas,” and “Resources” ensure users can drill down quickly to the information they need. The color scheme (dark hero background contrasted with bold, bright typography) draws attention to key elements without overwhelming the eye. Contact information and a simple submission form are consistently visible, reducing friction for potential clients.
