Case Study
Wallace Law
- #LawFirm
Problems
Wallace Law entered the Wisconsin market with a clear opportunity and no existing brand infrastructure.
As a new bad faith insurance dispute firm, Wallace Law needed to quickly establish credibility with policyholders whose insurance claims had been denied, delayed, or undervalued. The firm needed to feel bold enough to stand apart, but credible enough to earn trust in a practice area where clients may already feel frustrated, overwhelmed, or treated unfairly by their insurer.
MeanPug needed to build the firm’s public presence from the ground up: brand identity, messaging, website design and development, original content, founder positioning, search visibility, and launch marketing. The goal was to create a digital platform that introduced Wallace Law as a strong advocate for policyholders while giving users clear information and direct paths to take action.

What we improved
MeanPug built Wallace Law’s brand, website, and launch platform from scratch.
The new brand was designed to give the firm a bold, memorable position in Wisconsin bad faith insurance dispute law. MeanPug developed the logo, taglines, color palette, typography, brand personality, and messaging system, creating a visual and verbal identity that felt assertive without losing credibility.
The website was built to serve both brand and education. Original content introduced the firm’s main practice areas, common types of insurance claims, blog resources, FAQs, and key information for policyholders trying to understand what to do after a denied, delayed, or undervalued claim. Clear calls to action helped turn the site from a brand launch into a conversion-focused resource.
MeanPug also supported founder visibility for Justin Wallace by building personal credibility into the site experience. Testimonials, awards, founder-focused content, and search strategy helped connect the new firm’s brand to the attorney reputation behind it.
The launch strategy extended beyond the website. MeanPug supported Wallace Law with branded paid search, social advertising, and traditional advertising, including billboard strategy. The site’s SEO foundation included local pages, original content, internal linking, backlink support, Google Business Profile optimization, and keyword tracking.
The result is a launch-ready platform for a new bad faith insurance dispute firm: a bold brand, award-winning website, original educational content, clearer conversion pathways, founder credibility, search visibility support, and advertising infrastructure designed to help Wallace Law enter the market with authority.
