Jack brings more than 12 years of experience in sales and sales management, along with a background in Strategy Operations and go-to-market execution. After seeing talented teams slowed down or burned out by operational bottlenecks and lack of recognition, he shifted his focus toward building the kind of structure that helps great people do their best work.

Outside of work, Jack enjoys fishing, home improvement projects, and spending time on Geneva Lake with his wife, and their dog, Chuck. He finds that both operations and fishing reward the same virtues: patience, preparation, and knowing when to adjust your approach.
